48. Is Perpetually Working 60-80 Hours per Week Really a Plan?
You're reluctant to turn over control or delegate decision making. Probably rightfully so. No doubt you've been disappointed and burned by employees before. But is perpetually working 60-80 hours per week so you can have control really a reasonable plan?
